Anyways it's good to hear from the very best artists that can rival any other forums (nothing against them or anything) so called fan artist in their respective field, for concept art, creative comics, drawing and photoshop expert. To me, it's good to hear such nice comments directly from jonathan, a professional concept artist. Also you painted the whip tail drawing I was going to draw from the front angle, oh well, no need for the same drawing or painting again. I might use your ideas then, jk. It's almost like your painting a quick painting, that's equivalent of a quick sketch for me compared to finished drawings. I look forward to seeing more of your work too here.

Anyways for others, here is another drawing so you can see whiptail overall. Since i'm so lazy, I don't have anything else drawn, I wanted to keep the drawing on this page, or no one will see them. There is a bigger drawing on the last page if you missed that. I have enough comments to continue and probally enough motivation too. Like usual, I have no idea what to draw next, I might not even feel like drawing a portrait again, my style is different with every drawing, it's more realistic now. You know eventually i'll learn to paint in that style when my drawings start to limits me in what I can create. For now, you have no idea how lazy I am right now, I might not get started on anything at all yet. Thanks scarecrow, ilfirin, sarshelYam, wotter.

The coloring went well, you shadowed it well and kept a consistent approach to the coloring.

You're a specialist in detail and it shows here.

Killer Bohan drawing Jonny, his facial hairs are so well drawn hehe and yeah a lot of detail too. Whiptail looks great too, her expression works well. But how you made it look like a real fishy babe really stands out.

Man, I agree Thisismyname, this site has some of the best fan art I have seen on a forum(mine being the absolute worse and trust me my spelling is much much worse haha). Great work again on the whiptail pic and John... man thoes are really impressive. I have been working with watercolors because ts very very unique when used correctly but haven't really gotten to the point of feeling comfortable about it as much as penciling. I think it would have been cool if the guys at NT had enough time to add Thisismyname, Johnathan and many other fan work to the extras on the game.

Alas, we will have to settle for having some of the best creative artwork in a forum around. Hats off to you guys.

Wow...love the painterly style Jonathan...GREAT work. Thisismyname, you too are quite talented. I love your work because it has this very technical approach to it...almost as if they're concepts for a figure line or statue collection... *thinks*...someone needs to get on this. NECA maybe? Perhaps they'll jump on this for their Player Select line of action figures. Tomb Raider, Hitman, Legacy of Kain...even Castlevania has been in production, why the'eck not eh?

this is nothing new really.. just added a background and sprinkled with a bit of effects to my old artwork... hehehe... somehow i just keep improving this piece... its my personal favorite work... just thought of sharing to u guys...

oh and Thisismyname... iv'e been studying my head off lately... not very much free time as i used to... i was thinking of making a music video but after seeing so many new cool videos ninja theory has recently release, there isnt much reason for me to make one... and sadly, im kinda running out of ideas of what to draw about heavenly sword... i have been drawing a bit but it isnt HS related... if ur interested, they're in my devianart site... here
