greetings people of NT i come from capcom forums XD

don't worry folks i'm not going to write down how much i hate DmC or bash the devs and troll around with a hammer in hand and common sense thrown out the window. I'm pretty sure most of you know some well hate DmC receives over at capcom and so i want to ask you guys from NT; Just what do you expect from DmC in story,gameplay,character development, and possible sequels in the future depending on how the above play out?

If you dislike anything share it but at least try to sound reasonable so that we can have a discussion (well not me i'm to lazy atm) on what direction that could take in the future and where it seems to be heading. I've said this once already over on the capcom forums please don't judge things that haven't been shown yet ex: "the story sucks because dante looks like a fag" < this is what i don't wanna see. another "DmC will suck because it'll be 30fps"

i hate having to lock my own threads guys so please share you opinions on whats been shown and the directions they could go.

it was a disappointment imo i still look at the teaser from time to time though.

I personally think that the storyline of the game will be original and impressive, for NT is shown to be rather good at that. DMC4 was a clear dissapointment in terms of story, but the teaser trailer does show a similarity between the E3 gameplay trailer in terms of combat. Characters will probably be believable (as long as NT will use facial motion capture) and tbh, 30FPS should be fine. Some games even switch framerates, depending on the situation (like a cutscene framerate is different from the gameplay framerate), but I think I'm starting to babble a little bit....

oh hey yea theres not much flaming here just creative discussion. The capcom forums got on my nerves because of them saying dante looking like Tameem when he looks more like Devil May Cry 2 dante in two photos I found of them, but yes welcome

I agree with blacknerd that DmC Dante looks more like DMC2, the best design for me. Check the eye shape and facial structure. Even if you look close enough at the tgs trailer you can notice a resemblance at 0.40 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LU1mCeq3XZ8 when the colours play a little. Also Tameem did his hair that way to promote the new look, a false move though, cause in an interview for Enslaved his haircut is different, and suits him better.

Of story DmC will probably have the best of the series. NT has proved they are strong at that part, and judging by the trailers it looks to be something new and different. The gameplay we saw in E3 seems like that of the previous games, but as we have not seen it in action or tried it, we cannot judge if it's good or bad. U3 gave a lot of great games so we should also wait before judging, if the game plays right, is fun and runs smoothly, who cares about framerate?

And I hate Nero.

EDIT: Forgot to say that the smoking and Union flag should be taken out. Smoking because it is a bad habit that most people adapt only to look cool, because they try too look, as they seem insecure, young people though, the old didn't know the results of smoking and they became addicted, and the Union flag because Dante is originally a Japanese character, better not flag at all or else you mark a foreign-made character as your own, even if Dante always seems of western nationality.
